Special Rate first hour, $60.00 per hour thereafter, billing - 30 minute intervals.
We coordinate access and meet anyone you authorize such as maintenance, delivery, repair, pest control and utility etc. Supervising and ensuring safely of your home and belonging while your services are completed. A detailed walk through and lock up procedures are completed promptly when work is completed. A text confirming start and finish sent with each appointment.
Emergency Services: Should there be an emergency with your home which require due to an alarm alert. We inspection after alarm notification and rearming system. Owner will be notified if there are any visible signs of intrusion or damage, and will be sent an email report.
Storm Services: Should there be an emergency with your home, including one related to a hurricane or severe storm, a member of senior management is always available 24/7 to ensure you receive the highest level of service.
