Diagnostics fee:

No diagnostic fees: Normally $125.00 + tax (first half hour), $62.50 + tax (each additional half hour)

Priority Scheduling:

Maintenance Plan Customer is guaranteed priority scheduling.

Maintenance Service:

All service and/or inspections comes with an itemized report, emailed directly to email on file after visit.

Winterization & Summarization Flat Rate:

Special flat rate pricing as per quote based on the covered equipment. As Maintenance Plan customers one seasonal service performed in the winter and summer per year. For A/C and Heat.

Inspection and Registration:

No cost preliminary inspection of your equipment, and registration of your equipment in our database with model & serial numbers, and filter size for ordering made quick and easy for faster service and repair.

Coverage on Equipment:

15% off all labor and materials for service calls on all covered equipment. Listed on the most current signed agreement.

Automatic Monthly Payment:
